UNLOCK THE CARNOSINE CODE

Discover the power of carnosine for enhanced human performance, anti-aging and health benefits.

DISCOVER THE POWER OF CARNOSINE

Carnosine is a powerful natural molecule your body makes. It’s like fuel for your muscles, brain, heart, and more — keeping them strong and healthy. But here’s the catch: after puberty, we make less of it every year. Imagine if we could restore those levels — the benefits could be life-changing.

That’s why more and more doctors, scientists, and health experts are coming together to show how boosting your body’s carnosine could unlock a world of health benefits.

WHY HAVE I NEVER HEARD OF CARNOSINE BEFORE?

With all of the incredible scientific studies, why has no one ever sold me Carnosine Supplements?

🚫 2. Poor Absorption in the Gut

The Carnosine Conundrum:

Why Most Supplements Don’t Work

Even though carnosine is packed with benefits, swallowing carnosine pills hasn’t always lived up to the hype. Here’s why:

  • A lot of the carnosine you swallow gets broken down in your stomach and intestines.

  • Even if some makes it through, your liver often breaks down more of it before it can do much good.

    Scientific Insights:

  • Renner et al. (2016) found that less than 15% of the carnosine people swallow actually makes it through the gut intact.

  • Carnosine that does make it into your blood only sticks around for a few minutes to an hour.

  • That means it doesn’t stay around long enough to really help places like your muscles and brain.

    Scientific Insights:

  • Artioli et al. (2012) found that even with high doses, carnosine’s half-life in blood was less than 30 minutes.

  • Humans naturally have much higher levels of the carnosinase enzyme compared to animals like mice and rats.

  • That’s why carnosine often works better in animal studies than in humans.

    Scientific Insights:

  • Pechlivanis et al. (2014) showed that while carnosine helped rodents a lot, those same results didn’t fully translate to humans.

  • Even if carnosine survives the stomach and gets into your blood, it has a hard time making it to places like your muscles, brain, and heart because it gets broken down too quickly.

    Scientific Insights:

  • Kang et al. (2015) found that less than 5% of the carnosine people took by mouth actually made it to their muscle tissue.

🚫 3. It Doesn’t Last Long in the Blood
🚫 4. Humans vs. Animals
🚫 5. It Struggles to Reach Target Tissues
🚫 1. It Breaks Down Too Fast
  • When you swallow carnosine, your blood is full of an enzyme called carnosinase that quickly tears it apart, splitting it into beta-alanine and histidine before it can get where it needs to go.

  • Unfortunately, humans have a lot more of this enzyme than other animals, which is why carnosine supplements just don’t last long in our bodies.

    Scientific Insights:

  • Bauer et al. (2013) found that blood levels of carnosine dropped by over 90% within an hour after taking it by mouth.

  • Boldyrev et al. (2010) confirmed that carnosinase in the blood keeps carnosine from staying around long enough to do its job.
